Happy 4th Birthday!

San Francisco

We were fortunate to join Sid on one of his business trips last week to San Fran. He says to me the day he is leaving, "If I have enough points on my Southwest account do you want to go with me?" 4 hours later we were on a plane to California. We visited all of the major tourist sites except Alcatraz, that was booked up for the next week, so if you ever make this trip, book that tour before you leave home. We also drove up the Pacific Coast Hwy to the Redwood Forest. The drive was gorgeous, cliffs, the pacific, lighthouses, small towns with white picket fences and beautiful landscaping.

Cabo

Here are some pics of our trip to Cabo in June. The girls were flower girls in Ruben and Tana's wedding. They did walk down the isle however we could not keep them quiet enough during the service, so we went outside with Diego (Ring Bearer).

We had a great time relaxing by the pool. The girls made friends quickly with Scout, who is also from Texas and is almost exactly one year older. She is in the last video dancing with the girls.

And of course there was fishing to be had too.

Nadia's New Haircut

I finally cut Nadia's hair. She has been giving me a hard time for a while now and I thought it was a phase, but she wore me down. She refused ponytails and requested braids only to pull it out. Very frustrating when trying to get out the door. So, here she is. I love it so much I want Aidan's done similar, but Sid likes her hair long, we'll see.
